19 Century Stairs

I started with a drawing from an amazing photo I saw on Facebook of St Pancreas Renaissance Hotel staircase. From there I added impasto and water based ink. Did a bit more with inks after it dried and voila, an abstract staircase. Quite different from my last painting. More experimenting. I love trying new ways to do things. In fact I get quite bored with routine.
