Lesser Goldfinch (Carduelis psaltria)

While I was eating lunch I saw this goldfinch and some Mountain Chickadees, so I had to choose. Not only that as I was photgraphing this guy a cop pulls up behind me and ask what I'm doing, that someone had called the police station and was concerned about what I was doing. They didn't take me to jail and all end well.
This is the first time I have seen a lesser goldfinch in my county.
