Union Square

I got off my bike today and walked through Union Square because there was a Farmers market going on. If I had a better camera (not this iPhone) I would have taken some shots of all the vendors at the market.

Instead, I found this shot. The red numbers in the background are continuously counting on the side of the Best Buy building. I have no idea what it's counting, but the contrast of a beautiful park with that in the background struck me. It's a reminder that even in a dedicated open space, you're still in the middle of a city.

And I love it.
