A night bow

Waiting blipless in the cold at the at bus stop by the mass vaccination centre/football stadium I thought I would at least record that I had my booster this evening. (I chose not to get it at the chemist two minutes walk from home as it's always more crowded than a bus, the waiting time is longer than the bus journey and covid is increasing in Oxford at the moment.)

So here is an utterly mundane picture except that I discovered when I looked properly later that there is a bow over the stadium.

Tell me, people who know more than I do, is this a fogbow (a phenomenon I learnt about less than three weeks ago), is it a trick of my lens or is it something else?
