What's that?

I walked with friends this morning, although our friend with cancer is finding it quite painful and she soon gets breathless.  She is incredibly plucky and determined to try and get back to full strength and I admire her immensely.

I deliberately didn't take my camera out, so this is about the only picture I've taken today.
