Basking in the Sunshine

Went over to Hinderclay Fen to do the regular photo-recording for the conservation group - later than planned, as we'd been waiting in for someone to install the new electric meter this morning. He didn't turn up, the appointment's been rescheduled for next month, & the sun dropped more rapidly then I expected. Didn't have time to search for fungi, but those that I spotted were past their best. This one actually looked quite good in the low afternoon sun. Assume it's some sort of Amanita, though the gill colour doesn't seem right.
