Parsley
I have rediscovered an old habit of mine: ordering a box of assorted vegetables delivered to my door. This forces me outside my comfort zone in a very pleasant way.
Here’s an example: parsley roots with leaves still attached. Never cooked it before. Now I have: roots puréed with Wästerbotten cheese, its leaves mixed into a colourful salad.
But most of all, I post a food photo because I have not had any other opportunities for photography today. Busy working, then directly to the bicycle repair shop for tire change; cold weather approaching next week, so it’s high time for the uncomfortable-but-grippy winter tires.
