Drifting through the wind

I could have given you a photograph of the fifty matches i wasted trying to light my sparkler. 

They aren't full size sparklers, they are only "indoors" sparklers; But I'm so scared of them I was trying to light them outside. It was a bit windy - and then I left the sparkler on the table (which was wet.)  It was all a bit of a disaster. 

Hey ho. 

I brought my last five matches and my last sparker inside, and did it carefully by the sink.  

I so didn't want to set anyone or anything on fire.
