I am grateful that our side effects from the Covid booster yesterday have been minimal.  PD has muscle aches and fatigue and I also have fatigue and had a headache during the night but acetaminophen took care of it.  It's been a non productive day, mostly spent out on the deck enjoying  the sunshine and 70 degree weather.  Perfect day for a bike ride but I didn't have the energy.

Apologies for getting so far behind on journals again.  I will eventually catch up.  I really appreciate all your comments and stars and hearts! xx
