Bolognese
Bucatini bolognese, and salad with bleu d'Auvergne. Wine: Tenuta Col d'Orcia Brunello di Montalcino 2005.
We are well stocked in good Italian wines at the moment, so I have been compelled to cook more Italian food. My husband is very pleased with this state of affairs.
