Get fit

Went to the Charlton parkrun for the first time. The start is near the skate park, where this chap was exercising. After a while, watching the fit folks, I felt tired. By then it was time for a warming cuppa and a chat. Phew.
Interesting to see some of the old faces from Greenwich parkrun at this new one (set up by the ever capable Linda).
