Bonfire buns

Our cook at work is originally from Thailand and moved to this country about 15 years ago. Recently she has been trying her hand at baking for the clients afternoon snack. Cakes aren't a thing in Thailand, apparently, but she has been turning out some pretty impressive stuff. These are the buns she made for Guy Fawkes, complete with mini marshmallows. Next stop Bake Off !
