Blue Roundhead

Stayed in Oxfordshire overnight in the hope that there would be less noise from fireworks than at home. Unfortunately not. The poor spaniel was beside himself with fear for several hours. We had a rather grey and damp morning walk but managed to find these wonderful blue-green capped fungi - the Blue Roundhead (Stropharia caerulea) - just as a bit of sun appeared.
