Hedgehog Hibernating Hotel

Since we ripped out the hedges of ivy, clematis and some odds and ends, we haven't seen the hedgehogs. They used to snuggle down in amongst all of the dead leaves at the bottom of the ivy, between the wall and the fence.
So, I've built a hedgehog hotel with three levels of edging bricks, they are not very thick so did 3 high, a square paving slab on the top and topped it all off with logs that we had from cutting down the eucalypt, silver birch  and hawthorn trees. Filled with dry, dead, leaves but not too crammed, just enough to be cosy and so they can snuggle down into them.
I did want to do a bit of an entrance tunnel but the slab just wasn't big enough. The entrance is between the compost bin (lots of worms and slugs) and the concrete base of the fence so it is sheltered.
If they don't turn up this winter, I think it may be a little late, I'll add another slab next summer. It's a bit of a fixer upper at the moment but I hope they like it.
