Radhika
I spent most of the day catching up with some dear friends from school. It's great being able to meet up after not having spoken for a long time and still have a strong connection. I guess that's what happens when you go through meaningful events in your life with that certain person.
I've know Radhika for 12 years, ever since I moved here. Scary actually, I don't know how she still deals with me. After all, we were together at least in one class throughout all those years. There is so much about her that's amazing that I don't know where to start. I can easily sum it up into one thing though: if there's a friend that will not judge you, see past the labels set on you by society and treat everyone with the respect that every individual deserves, it's her. She's quite unique and I believe that no matter what happens, I will always treasure our friendship and remember it as one full of laughter and clumsiness.
After meeting with her in Nyon, I made my way into Geneva. Again, terrible weather: cold and rainy. Nevertheless, I was excited to see Kristina, since I had gone to Brighton for her birthday in January, and Fiona, after not seeing her for a good 5 months I believe. We ended up chatting away outside Starbucks for a few hours about the UK and also how terrible the weather here is. It really isn't just me, everyone's been raving about it to their friends and we're all disappointed. I also found out that Fiona used to go to school in Leamington (?!) and the infamous Smack came up. I believe Smacks reputation precedes itself.
