I don’t mind bushwalking in the rain but we made it an urban one anyway, from Randwick racecourse to Coogee beach. Lots of lillipillis in bloom, Art Deco flats, the beautiful Ritz cinema and a Captain Cook statue with No scrawled on its base. The rain and storm held off almost until the end.

The Trip, a laugh out loud Norwegian horror-comedy, broke the Netflix drought.
