Look..

Who snuck into our bedroom and made herself comfy between our pillows and near the radiator. I had just changed our bed too!  She had her bandage off yesterday and needs to get air to it. Still not allowed outside and hopefully will have stitches out next week.  We have ordered her a soft cone that I’m hoping will make life a little more bearable for her.

This afternoon Mr C and I had a zoom catch up with A in America.  A is his (2nd??) cousin and they found each other through ancestry. Also joining our zoom was M up in Scotland and (if I’ve got this right) she’s As cousin so another 2nd (???) cousin to Mr C.  M finds it astonishing that both their mums grew up where Mr C and I grew up and probably went to the same primary school as myself.  As a little girl I also grew up in the same road to where Mr Cs uncle lived. We moved when I was 10 but unbeknown to me I would have known his uncle before I knew him. Small world indeed.  They are hoping to do another zoom before Christmas and A is hoping to travel over next year. We have met A in person but it was lovely to meet M for the first time.

In other news, our dear little O is 6 months today :-))
