Pumpkins in the woods..

Mr Bee and I had an early walk through the plantations at Haigh this morning. Interesting, and perhaps a bit disheartening, to see that people had abandoned their pumpkins in the woodland areas.
I know they’ll provide food for wildlife but the insides could be used to make pumpkin pies and soups before throwing them away!!
