Autumnal Beech

Decided to put to good use some smoked haddock I have, and make myself a kedgeree for tea. Popped to Sainsbugs for some rice, eggs and a few bits and realised when unpacking, I had forgotten the ****** eggs!!
Looks like kedgeree will now be on the menu tomorrow :-/
