Speeding motor cars

On the bridge in downtown Inverness during the not-much-of-a-rush hour. Notice the exceptionally modern motor vehicles which grace our streets. We are not a backward nation or province. Look at the fine buildings - do we not breed modernity? (I should have said, ‘exude,’ the ale got the better of me there.) Somebody on the bridge asked me today: ‘When did your hair go white?’ I corrected him, pointing out that it was grey and kind of peppery. Then I tipped him into the river. Well?
