Parkrun this morning despite feeling rough. My hivey bum cheeks got worse overnight so I volunteered again. Smallest ran though and set a new PB!

Home and to bed to watch Eastenders as lying or standing are the only comfy positions.

Meanwhile MrRoly cooked up a storm - Goan fish curry followed by melting middle fondant pots. I think he’s loving the new kitchen!
