Remembrance 9

Since starting at around 5:30pm yesterday we have had intermittent fireworks going off, sometimes the noise was so loud and close I thought they were in the back garden. Our previous dog, Gussie, wasn’t overly keen on firework noise, Paddy is terrified.
It was a long evening!
Really busy day; up and out to drop daughter Sam at Truro Rail Station, she is off to Stonehenge to join the Stonehenge Heritage Action Group for their bonfire night event, travelling back tomorrow.
Next up it was a coffee and catch up with Richard and Jackie before getting home and swapping from my Polo to Mrs S’s T4.
I then headed over to Perran Sands with a friends wife to collect a their daughter. At one point there was so much ‘stuff’ loaded into the van I thought I might have to make two trips.
Eventually I got to sit down for a coffee with Mrs S and later enjoyed a Chinese takeaway.

Paddy laid on the settee most of the evening, staying close to either Mrs S or I
Pretty quiet without Sam.
