I bought my nephew D a camera the same as mine. He's fourteen and he's been taking great photos since he could first press a button. I love his eye. We went out on an after-dark wander to try it out. We were instantly drawn to this bus stop with the advertising panel missing a poster and throwing great light. Was it cruel to pose his Mum/my sister in the freezing cold 'for interest'? Probably a little! D showed me his shots, he'd spotted the reflection. I copied! It was a great way to bond and I was so excited to be sparking ideas with him.
