Forty eight

Today is my forty eighth birthday. I’ve had a lovely day and feel very loved.

Lots of messages from family and friends. Best wishes from colleagues, and students.

Then SR treated me to a picnic lunch and a lovely walk at Lerderderg State forest.

Home to dinner, cooked by my wonderful husband, followed by ice cream at Augustus gelato.

A chat with Mum and Dad and a play with Abe. Now I’m sitting on the couch with Nikau on my lap, watching a TV show with MrB and Little Miss.

Very loved and quite tired. It’s been a good birthday.
