Park run. We introduced the Polden’s to the joys of winning and surviving the very hilly run/ walk. They loved it .
Spent most of the rest of the day cooking for the first ‘friends over for dinner’ since 2019. Homemade Chicken, veg and tomato curry, pumpkin Dahl, saag aloo, raiter and flat bread.It was delicious .
The spoon game, the name game , Dobble and a bottle of port kept us going into the wee hours . We laughed enough to keep us going until the next
time !
