London street

I visited London today for the first time since 19th February 2020. I had planned to take some interesting photos but couldn't stop. This is a quick one that I had taken first thing this morning in London. The sky was looking lovely.

It could just be the area around Farringdon that I visited today - the streets were quite deserted. Every third shop is closed and has To Let boards. The trains were not busy. I missed the earlier fast pace of London but most importantly I felt sad for the businesses who couldn't survive in the pandemic. 

I started for home as soon as my tasks were completed. I just hope people will return to offices, if they can, and normal life will resume.
