What a catch!

After a huge breakfast - don't you just love going away and being spoilt, we had to check out what was on the menu for our Little Egret here. Not a fish snack as anticipated but an eel - and he was loving it in the sunshine! Wading into the crystal clear water, you could see the bottom and all he had to do was spear into the shallows to get a wriggling snack! I nearly loved this as much as he did. The dogs were less enamoured wanting to explore the area, as we did, coming back to the bar pretty knackered! Very rosy cheeked atm!.....BUT the sun is still shining so back outside again now!

I was blipped by a fellow blipper yesterday! :))
