If I was a dragonfly I would be of the migratory type. I would travel thousands of kilometers* to measure the size of and to explore the world. I would wake up every morning to an intense dawn over the calm waters of a lake or a river, then take off and enjoy the thermal lifts as they build up and glide towards a new destination. I would eat exotic meals: egyptian mosquitos by Nile, fruitflies in India, subsaharan butterflies or italian invertebrate delicacies. I would do aerobatic manouvres in front of a photographer that will have no chance of catching me..digitally..in focus! I would enjoy the blue sky and the sun and not worry about a thing.
