THE LAST OF THE FRONT ROSES.

It was wonderful to see these roses still in bloom so before we pruned them right back, they had to come indoors.

We both worked in the garden clearing and pruning.  We even cut down a supposed Roman Pine that had looked pathetic ever since we came here nearly 3 years ago. 

Oscar and Phoebe enjoyed a wander around the church yard of course hunting for squirrels. 

Yesterday we were treated to a union with Percy our Peregrine Falcon who had been called for a few days and another one.  We presume a female or perhaps Percy has been Priscilla all along.  Any way after a flight around the church they zoomed off together.  We will watch and wait and see!!
