A grey day

We were both feeling a bit woosy today after our boosters yesterday but managed to get out for a 4 mile walk this afternoon. It was grey but very mild. The workmen are continuing to chop down more trees as part of the river restoration project. We noticed that we will be able to have better views of the bird life further down the flood plains when the work has been completed. This is the view from the bridge down river towards the estuary.  A zoom presentation this evening on Wildlife on our local river by a local photographer so that should be interesting,
