I’ve still got the bad back that I’ve had all weekend but it’s potentially slightly better today. I spent ages adjusting my desk chair and tried to correct my posture every time I noticed myself slumping.

Gillian called me at lunch time to say that Katy was in need of a pint, so we surprised her after work with my presence at the Bay Horse. It was nice to catch up and get the goss on people we used to work with.
