Resting

I was supposed to go back to San Francisco today, but was told by my physio to stay home and ‘rest’ my hand. (See yesterday’s blip). It’s already feeling better but I can tell I need to be very careful.

This is not a very pretty corner of my garden. My garden cushions are away for the winter and my swing is looking very ‘empty’. My pond has seen better days. But this is the only spot where I get sun this time of year and only for a short time in the mid afternoon. It was a beautiful day so I was happy to soak up a bit of sun while enjoying a cup of tea and a chapter of my book.
