Kaffir lily

Another lovely flower a slightly more relaxed Auntie has asked me to cut and bring indoors.
Bloods taken and an ECG done here at home this morning, hopefully some results tomorrow will bring some direction.
I nipped out and back along the Tarka trail before breakfast for 8 miles with my running shoes whilst Cousin H held the fort who took her daily exercise late afternoon.
Weekly shopping done and cars washed in between more general duties.
