A 12 hour road trip

It's all about photography today.
A few weeks ago, September 30th, to be exact, Ron, Herman and I decided to pick up our photography together again. And today was the first day of what I hope, will be a lot more in the future.
Around 8 am we met at at Ron's house in Ten Boer and with Herman as todays driver we left for the woods, Speulderbos. A two hours drive.

After a quick coffee and tea-stop we arrived around 10.30 at the parking of the Speulderbos. Herman knew the way into the woods and after a firm walk of approx 30 minutes we stood amongst beautiful 'dancing' trees and every now and then beautiful dappled light.
We all took off with our photography.

Lunch was served in the Rozentuin nearby and after that Herman drove us 88 kilometers east to explore the location of the photo shown above. We now were in Twente, near the village Delden on the Twickler-estate.
Weather conditions were great, no wind at all, so the reflections of the bended trees couldn't be better. Of course I added a bit of my own creative touch to the photo in the post processing.
Around 17.00 it became dark already, so we went back to the car. We then drove north again, with a stop in Ommen for a nice pizza/shoarma dinner.
Exactly at 20.00 we arrived safely in Ten Boer again. A great 12 hour road trip came to an end.

Thanks for the great day guys! Let's make days like this a habit again.
