Miniature Orchid

This plant is only about 12 inches (30cms) tall.  Each flower is roughly 
1 inch(2.5 cm) across.   I fell in love with it when I saw it.  Thank you Sheol for hosting the Tiny challenge.

 I am posting my blip early today as I have been asked by my GP if I would go to the surgery this afternoon and talk to a couple of medical students about my experience of living with Rheumatoid Arthritis.  I agreed but am now wondering what I have let myself in for :-)
