Pavlov

Back at the conference centre on the banks of the Thames for a couple of days. Some challenging topics, as always and a couple of long days with another session still to go. At least I'm staying on site this time, rather than in the overspill down the road.

Very annoyingly, one of the other attendees has had their car broken into, in broad daylight. As well as the damage he's had all his clothes for tomorrow taken. There's a real problem with car theft here, even though they have cameras they don't seem to be much of a deterrent. It's not a dodgy area but I guess it's too tempting, lots of nice cars all in one place.

The ducks are well trained, as soon as anyone comes up to the river bank they come rushing over looking for food.
