Somebody had dropped a whole tin of white paint on the pavement.
Yes, white paint, a whole tin.
You would see it wouldn't you? And walk around it?
But somehow, strangely, a load of people didn't see it and walked right through it ruining shoes as they went.
This always happens.
Why?
