Troubled times

The news here has been quite bad for some time and now the situation is becoming acute. I passed a local hotel this evening, where dozens of police vans were parked. Many similar vehicles were also on the road. The suggestion is that a lot more innocent civilians are likely to be pushed across the border and then possibly pushed back. People are very worried. It is freezing outside.

The sunset was quite beautiful as a small compensation.
