Something Old

... and something not so old!   Nothing borrowed but both of them blue.

Thirty or so years ago I stitched the design of Harebells.  Maybe I'll frame it one day!   The drink mat, a piece of work by a Norfolk friend and talented wildlife photographer.  More of his work here.   Campanula rotundifolia, the Harebell, is found widely around the UK.  I've seen it in Norfolk, near the coast and up high in the hills over here in Wales.

It's been decidedly wet in the west today.   Wraparound heavy drizzle which started this morning, continues now, well into the evening.  No sun, no scenery.   Just grey and damp.  An indoor day, not sure where it's gone ... but it went nonetheless :-)
