Sunshine Across The Marsh

If only this stretch of fine weather would continue, but we all know what's right around the corner. The sun on my back felt good and I stayed in a newly found vantage point, making the most of the light, photographing across the wetland. Wall to wall blue sky today, so no clouds at sunset like yesterday.

I tried using a shallow depth of field, focused on various points in the distance, to throw different elements out of focus. I settled on this image which really showed off the colour of the sunlit trees.

Unfortunately, when the sun goes down it gets cold and then it's time to go in.
