Fascination

No matter what your age, balloons are fascinating! The strings of these pretty pastel balloons were in a tangle and these two were determined to sort them out.

The balloons were at the party where we have spent the day helping a dear long standing friend celebrate a decade birthday. Guests included her two beautiful daughters and five almost grown up grandchildren as well as lots of friends and relations. We shared a gourmet lunch in a local hotel and then it was all back to their house for more champagne, birthday cake and even more to eat. We did enjoy talking to the daughters whom we had known since they were toddlers and also meeting their own delightful young. It was a good day with old friends.
