Mask Wearing Etiquette

Spotted today it was a must blip , I'll print and post to UK .
Something someone  who should know better chooses to ignore.. No way would any sane person go to a hospital minus  a mask .Thoughtless & somewhat arrogant  I'll translate mind you but doubt they'll read ..
