Garden renovation continues

The summer house has a concrete base, which is good news. But nobody is willing to replace the base of the sides. They keep telling me to replace it altogether.
The decking has been torn up, I’m not sure what to do next. I have lots of gravel, maybe I can fill the spaces with it and make an alpine bed.
