A trip into town

I had a hairdresser appointment this morning so we went into town, afterwards I met up with Mr PC to look for something to blip.  I thought maybe the Spa bridge but there was work going on and a load of barriers up but looking seawards over the bridge something colourful caught my eye, the Aquarium top has had a face lift as part of Project Scarborough.


Scarborough Aquarium opened in 1877 beneath the Cliff Bridge in Scarborough. It was re-named Gala Land in 1925 and was eventually demolished in 1968 (after closing in 1966) to make way for an underground car park. 


Spent the rest of the afternoon on the phone with the insurance company trying to get fixed up with a new oven, each one we choose was out of stock, seems there is a supply problem. We finally found one that suited us but it was classed as an additional cost, after a bit of negotiating we arrived with an outcome that we were happy with.
