Snail

I swiped this photo from the school app, so rarely do we get sent one that is just of him and he is looking in the right direction!

Today the class had outdoor learning and they made woodland creatures from clay and found items.  Here is CyclopsJnr with his snail.  He loves his outdoor learning, always has.

It was Judo after school, then just enough time to do his maths homework task before homemade pizza.

They don't send home an awful lot of homework.  There is a reading book twice a week, then generally a couple of other bits and pieces that can be done on the way home, or over breakfast, such as looking at spellings or having a chat about an upcoming topic that they will be writing about so as to generate some ideas.  But occasionally they get some set tasks on the Mathletics website and that does take a bit longer and need planning in, though they can do it any day across the week.  Anyway, that's what he was doing today.
