Commuter route

Today I left for a run at 6:40am ad we wanted to get to the medical centre for 8 o’clock. 8 miles later I arrived home at 7:45. Auntie was in a bit of a state and extremely muddled.
After managing to get another water sample and H having a lovely chat to one of the practice doctors it was decided that a hospital assessment and possibly a scan was necessary.
Auntie was adamant that she wasn’t going to leave her house and it was quite stressful having to call for an ambulance to take her into NDDHospital tonight.
Extra: My boiled fruit cake was well received by all those who sampled some.
