Forked parsnip

It's starting to become obvious that most of my parsnips will look like a version of this.

This year was slightly better than last year in the sense that I managed to get parsnips growing (not sure what I was doing wrong before) but as I've been lifting them, I'm finding that most aren't just ugly, they're impossible to prepare...

I couldn't be bothered scrubbing this one so I gave it to the bunnies at Common Leys Farm, where I do my RHS Level 2 course on Wednesdays. It went down a treat so at least it hasn't gone to waste.
