Mixed Fruit Cake

And today's Artisan Kitchen Aid creation is a mixed fruit cake. I did chocolate chip cookies yesterday. I think I might stay at home and just bake.

We decided as its Easter we will have chips tonight so I'm cooking Chrissi some veggi sausages and I'm making some sweet and sour pork to go with my chips.

Feeling a bit better today but I've decided I will not be well enough to go back to work next week. I will work from home instead.
