Thursday

I think this is the first time in at least two years I have been up to see the sunrise. I had had an awful night of little sleep and I woke before the alarm to phone the Dr. 
Phoned Dr, had breakfast, Dr phoned back then I went back to bed. I woke just before 2pm. 
Have since been on the sofa, tired and my stomach has been sore. 
It's fair to say I am not liking life just now.
