Oh, the Colors!

We drove through the Highland region of the Appalachian Mountains today on our road trip to Asheville. Everywhere I looked there was a symphony of Autumn hues. The colors in the leaves above are only slightly 'saturated' in Lightroom and the trees in the *extra were a splendor of reds, oranges and golds! We're spending the evening in the Sapphire Valley just on the outskirts of the village of Cashiers, North Carolina. We experience very slight leaf color change back home in North Central FL. So this is pretty impressive to us.
